The abstract painting alludes to the passing nature of life and the natural world. Vibrant, vivid colour and texture are used to create a scene expressing, energy and dynamism. The painting developed using layering and spontaneous dripping of paint. The technique of staining was employed thus adding depth. Calligraphic gesture was also employed to create the artist's presence. Layering of colour and overlying paint was employed to add depth and vitality to the painting. The art work was painted outside to capture the latent energy of nature and translate it into paint.
