This is little Elowyn wrapped in the Union Jack for the Coronation. It is acrylic and oil paint on canvas, with imitation gold leaf for the crown to give it a nice shine. I wanted to show the folds of the material and the light and shadows falling onto the flag, and added the dark background to make the red white and blue come to the fore.
