One sunny afternoon in August 2009, I boarded the Keswick launch and it carried me to the Brandlehow landing stage on beautiful Derwentwater, where I enjoyed making this oil sketch of Skiddaw. Derwentwater & Keswick are to the right and some "Thomas Gainsborough" - like oaks frame the mountain on the left.
