In a rare moment of sunshine for a cool March day I found Dozey amongst a flock of Herdwick sheep overlooking Esthwaite Water . She was so sleepy she did not seem bothered that I was only a metre or so away.
Herdwick sheep are known as the smiley sheep and can live in hilly and craggy
terrain due to their agility. The woolly coats of Herdwicks can withstand the worst of weather and in the Lake District there is an abundance of rain!
This limited edition Giclee print (run limited to 150) has been printed on archival paper using fade resistant pigmented inks achieving the highest quality both in colour match and likeness of my original oil on canvas board by Mike Shepherd, Photosynthesis, Lancaster.
The print is available unmounted and unframed and will be posted to you by Royal Mail tracked and signed for. Postage included in the price for UK only.
