Oil on mdf board. 30 x 24 cm. Painted March 2017, mid morning from a very windy but sunny perch overlooking Mullion harbour. Conditions difficult due to premature drying of alkyd oils on the board. Birds added in the studion. Challenging project as shadows of cliffs and colour nuances on the sea were changing rapidly. Muliion is truly a "protected" harbour in that the serenityat sea level contrasted with the stormy conditions aloft. Signed and dated, lower RHC. Unframed.For sale.
