Oil on mdf board. 30x40cm. Depicts Mt.Teysachaux as viewed from the Molèson. Savoyen mountains and Lake Geneva to the S in background. Painted on-site in March 2014. The exceptional corniche seems to threaten to break off but rarely does. Snow is not just white but full of reflected colours- great to capture in paint or pastel. A day with a wonderful "Fernsicht" (distant view). Painting signed lower LHC.
