Oil on canvas board, 30 x 20 cm, 2013. Depicts the graggy Ochsen, the highest peak in the painting, with the Louisgrat(ridge) curving round from the right (W). It was painted on-site in full sunlight late afternoon. This mountain masssif is part of the Gantrisch-chain in the Bernese Pre-Alps. The view looking S from the summit of the Ochsen reveals a wonderful panorama of the Bernese Alps. Painting signed lower LHC. Dated on the back.
