Bazoline Estelle Usher is a highly reputable educator in the Atlanta Public School System. She founded the first Girl Scout Troop for African American girls in Atlanta in 1943. Bazoline Estelle Usher is labeled Georgia Women of Achievement. She also taught at the American Missionary Association High School in Virgina (1906-1911)
