Pharaoh Rameses II was ordained by God to rule Egypt. However, due to change of the seasons, Egypt went through a punishment stage by God (Bible). Many Historians/Religious Practitioners may say Pharaoh should have listened to Moses on the first notification that God appeared to him at Mt Sinai, and he was chosen to face Pharaoh to let his people go. However, there is always a flip side to the coin, despite all of the plagues that rampaged Egypt in the Book of Exodus (Bible), God still blessed Pharaoh, Rameses II watches over his lands, Pharaoh Rameses II, AND Nefertari still stand. There is a hidden heavenly power that still prevails in Egypt.
