Dr. Chris Wakeman is an English artist living in Shropshire (UK). He works mainly in acrylics, pastel and mixed media producing a diverse range of work which embraces abstract paintings and images influenced by the Suprematist movement of the early 20th century, retro art reminiscent of the mid 20th century and his key passion, art of the coast and sea which aims to capture the mood and atmosphere of the British coastline.
