This work attempts to capture the realisation of a long held ambition, as the subject readies himself for Sandhurst. It reflects his focus and strength of character having battled to pass the Main Board.
‘Stoic’ came from a conversation on the merits of the Stoic philosophy. It described his dogged determination come-what-may - and hinted at the loyalty to ‘do the right thing, no matter what’ that is part of serving in the armed forces. It also described his attitude when on an exercise or active service.
As part of his preparations, the subject had signed up for a fitness programme - and the T-shirt features that brand.
