This is my latest artwork, it is a large colourful oil painting. The subject is of a very friendly black and white cat who decided to lay on my still life set up and a large vase of flowers. I hadn't planned to paint him but the painting needed something and he had positioned him self on the table alongside the Bird of Paradise Flowers and I thought this is just what the painting composition needed.
Predictably he only stayed for one siting so I took a photograph to use later on in the painting. I was pleased with the result. This painting is on deep canvas andready to hang
