In my student years living in Italy I learned a few Italian traditions, one of them being drinking coffee standing by the bar, rather than sitting down. A bunch of adult men carrying out a conversation with a cup of espresso in their hands is not something you would typically see in Northern or Eastern Europe, the whole scene reminds me of Italy so much.
