Scarborough Castle on the coast of North Yorkshire with choppy waves and incoming stormy sky. Acrylic on gesso primed greyboard painted in heavy impasto with palette knife in the style of Sir Kyffin Williams RA.
Signed and dated 2 June 2016. Framed as shown in wooden blue/brown frame - overall size approx 10 x 8".
This painting was exhibited at Darfield Museum during July 2016.
