Some fortunate visitors drift into Fingal's Cave, Isle of Staffa, on a fine morning. I learned of this great title for the famous cave from the excellent souvenir book, "Staffa" by Alastair de Watteville. I made a special frame for this painting, finished in yellow-metal leaf and carrying the painting title.
