Michelle’s colourful and quirky illustrations are designed to make you smile. Her work composes a style that is nostalgic as well as fun, her inspiration reflects her childhood, daily surroundings, life, humour and nostalgia observed in everyday life.
Since studying Graphic Design, she has enjoyed a varied career in freelancing. Illustrating for over 20 years her work has been produced on Licensed products such as Cross Stitch, & Bespoke Jewellery. She has exhibited her work in Galleries across the North West and published in many UK magazines.
Michelle donates work to the Lifespan charity Art Auction held at the Biscuit Factory, Newcastle, Hebden Bridge & Mytholmroyd Flood Art Auctions, raising money for local courses. Her work regularly sells at McTears Art Auctions, Glasgow.
Her favourite media is Watercolour, Faber Pens and Dipping Pen & Ink.
She regularly takes Private commissions, depending on her work schedule.
