This oil painting has evolved over a number of years and only recently completed. I did a commission recently of a similar painting to this one which was much bigger and landscape rather than square. Ended up learning a lot from the new painting as l always seem to and going back to the original - adding more pinks and texture which l feel has brought it to life. It got there in the end. I love colour & texture and this painting has oodles of both.
