Laurence Hartley

Interested in art from a young age, I decided to take my interest further a few years ago and became introduced to printmaking techniques. My hand-pulled prints are inspired by the natural world as well as the man-made environment. I am interested in culture, language, geographical landscapes, astronomy, architecture and the natural form. I work mainly in very small editions and probably enjoy the experimental side of printmaking more than the actual outcome!
