I was inspired to paint this large semi-abstract piece whilst looking out from my conservatory at the beautiful spring blossom on the trees. The heart formation of the tree came from thinking about love and relationships; how they begin (blossoming) and grow into a deeper love (bigger flowers) and so on.
A little sparkle was added to some of the blossom to symbolise those early days of lust (sparks), a very special time.
