I grew up on a Warwickshire farm and my watercolours are inspired by nature, in particular flowers, hedgerows and landscapes. My paintings are full of colour, and texture. I studied art to A-Level and in the 1980's I attended art college gaining a Diploma in Painting and Print Making. I enjoy experimenting with watercolour and often use clingfilm and salt to add texture and interest to my pictures. I also work with collage and pastels from time to time.
