As I opened my curtains on the first morning of my holiday in Austria I could see a house in the distance covered in snow that had fallen heavily during the night. The roof of the house and outbuildings had a thick layer of fresh, new, white snow on them. I drew this simple sketch with black pen on thick paper. Much of the image is actually blank paper used to portray the heavy snowfall.
