John Graham, b. 1971 john has lived in Newbiggin-By-The-Sea, Northumberland, for all of his life. Training and working as a carpenter and joiner he is a self-taught artist. Graham started working with pastels in 2007 after a brief resurrection of an old school interest in watercolour. His interest in realism and detail has meant he has experimented with velour paper and a new collection of portraits is being released by Tallantyre Gallery 2009 John also takes commisions of pet portraits.
