The inspiration for this painting came from the photography of VictoriaEnglishCharm - one of my favourite shops on Etsy. I was drawn to the simplicity of this image - when you have something as beautiful and delicate as a viola, nothing else is required.
This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on board. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour pigment, accentuate brush strokes and ensure the painting will last a lifetime. The painting has been signed and is sold in a handmade wooden frame, ready to hang.
The painting measures 16" x 12" (40.64 x 30.48 cm).
