This portrait of my daughter Lauren was inspired by her penchant for dying her naturally white blonde hair a myriad of vibrant colours. Although I prefer her with her natural blonde hair, her pale skin lends itself to bright colours. Her faces were drawn with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and Caran d'Ache Luminance pencils. The background texture was created with PVA glue and painted with acrylic paint.
