Mostly self taught but with good direction within an artistic family from an early age, I spent most of my free time in the school theatre set designing and painting. Venturing back to the art studio some 30 years later during 'Lockdown' to rediscover the joys of painting, both for myself and for others.
I've always liked to make an impact in most things I do, and the same could be said for my approach to the canvas - I enjoy making fairly large scale works that will hopefully brighten up a few walls and perhaps even save on the decorating!
