Dawn Stirzaker

I am an amateur artist who started painting when I took early retirement. Fortunately my first classes in Adult Education were with a very talented watercolourist with whom I am still friends.

I have met many like-minded people through art and some wonderful teachers. It is good that art always has something new with which to tax our brains as there are so many different styles and methods to be tried. I am constantly learning and enjoying the journey. My favourite medium is oil.
