David is a self-taught artist living in Poole Dorset, surrounded by beautiful and stunning scenery around the Jurassic Coast including the Purbeck Hills and Corfe Castle and Studland. He draws much of his inspiration for paintings from local scenes and landmarks.
He is an active member of the Broadstone Art Society and had sold paintings at their exhibitions and achieved a `Best in Show' title for a painting `Badbury View' .
He usually works with watercolour and Acrylics depending on the subject and mood he wants to capture.
His art continues to evolve in different directions and is always experimenting with new ideas and subjects to create original and exciting artwork.
