This study of Spring flowers I painted includes a Fritillary, Iris, Erythronium and Primrose. I really enjoyed painting this painting. It was lovely to be able to paint these beautiful spring flowers. The painting was exhibited at the Society of Botanical artist open exhibition, London.
The painting is painted with artist quality Winsor and Newton paints on artist quality acid free paper.
The painting is mounted in a double cream/grey mount. The painting measures approx 10.75 inches x 18 inches (27cms x 46cms). The overall size including mount is approx 14.25 inchesx 21.5 inches (36cms x 54cms). The background paper is white (appears blue in photo).
