Arlene's current series of paintings is based on circles layered ontop of each other. She focuses more on the colour and composition. Replacing form and line with a repetitive familiar shape, the circle. Circles are full of symbolism and are one of the most happiest forms. This painting is highly textured with gold glaze and iridescent paint . The softer colours catch the natural light.
