This is Dora, a greyhound who was drawn 20”x16” from a beautiful photo. Dora was an ex racing greyhound who we adopted in 2009 from the Northumberland Greyhound Rescue, and enjoyed 6 fantastic years with her new owner before she crossed rainbow bridge aged 11 years. Her racing career was not very successful (she only won 9 out of 132 races), though this was mainly as she was quite a lazy dog, her favourite past times were eating and sleeping! Dora could not bark, she would yodel, and had the biggest, most beautiful smile when she was excited!
