This is 'Miss JD' and she is a Border Collie. Sadly she is no longer with us, and was only 9 1/2 years when she lost her battle with cancer. She loved to roll in the dirty muddy puddles but she was always clean by the time she got home. I love drawing the fur of Collies, and her black and white markings made for a nice fading effect for the drawing towards the chest.
