'Early Riser' captures a Red Squirrel having a snack on a log with the dawn light shining from behind creating an interesting composition. Inspired by a brilliant image by photographer Philip Lee, this drawing was created as part of the 'Reds in Grey' series, a study of Red Squirrels in various poses and backdrops.
