A casual holiday snap prompted this particular artistic challenge, produced using pure coloured pencil. I aimed to capture all the layers (from my view point in the street, to the boy; the myriad of window reflections; window display; the shopkeeper and packages at the very back of the shop), yet still retain the narrative quality of the scene.
