The Blue Anchor Inn in Helston, Cornwall is one of the oldest in the UK to have a working brewery, which has been brewing for nearly 600 years! It was originally a monks' rest house and now brews world famous Spingo Ales. So rich in history, I just had to draw it! I love the thatch and old local stone. You could almost imagine a traveller arriving by stagecoach to take his rest...
