An award winning picture at a Federation of Northern Art Societies exhibition on Tyneside.
As an artist I venture into deepest rural England, Scotland and Wales and my working week draws parallels with some folk's weekend escapes. To breathe the fresh air and to turn on your heels and not see a soul, or perhaps only a distant horse and rider, or may be a farm building, is to find a beautiful feeling of peace in yourself.
