One of a series of 5 paintings professionally framed in a specially made frame.
They are based on photo taken at Foss Basin in York.
The river was in flood the day I took these photos, which is why the gang planks are under the surface of the water.
I love the shapes, colours and the joyous eccentricity of these boats.
