If you paid for a Portfolio Plus account, your profile would automatically have transferred over to The British Art Club. All you need to do is log in here: britishartclub.co.uk/log-in and you will be prompted to reset your password. Once you have done that, you should be good to go. If you have any problems, please get in touch with us at hello@britishartclub.co.uk.

Log into your account and click 'Edit Profile'. Scroll down to the ‘Change Password’ section and fill out all of the boxes. Click ‘Submit’. Next time you log in you’ll be able to use your new password.

You will be able to reset your password automatically by following this link: britishartclub.co.uk/reset-password

You can now upload from your computer, smartphone and tablet simply by logging into your account, hovering over your profile image in the top right-hand corner and clicking ‘Edit Profile from the drop down menu.’ Once here, you can add a profile picture by clicking on ‘Upload Profile Picture.’ Select an image from your device and click ‘Save.’

Log into your account, click ‘Upload Artwork’ from the menu and select an image from your device.’ Once here, you can fill in all the relevant information pertaining to the artwork and then click ‘Create Portfolio'.

To make it easier for you to manage your artwork in your British Art Club portfolio, the site automatically creates thumbnail images of your work. However, all images uploaded to your profile will be displayed in their original dimensions and ratios. When people view your artist's profile or find your work in our Art for Sale area, they will be able to view your art as at its best.

All images should be uploaded in .jpg or .png format with a file size of no more than 2MB. If you are still having trouble uploading images, this is likely caused by the internet browser that you are using, we suggest you try Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari (if you’re not already). Alternatively, try deleting your temporary internet files, cookies and browsing history before attempting to upload again.

Open a new tab on your device and paste your webpage there, for example, www.britishartclub.co.uk/profile/yourusername. From here you can take a look around your webpage as a buyer would.

Occasionally, fraudulent buyers could attempt to buy your artwork. It is therefore imperative that members are vigilant and ensure that transactions with art buyers are always made using PayPal.

If still want to cancel, you can cancel your recurring payment with Paypal. Log in to your British Art Club account then go to ‘Edit Profile.’ From here, under ‘Subscription Information,’ click on the PayPal link or click the Manage Subscription button which will take you to your recurring payment page where you can cancel or change bank details
